WallWell Return Policy
At WallWell, we want every customer to feel confident and supported throughout their home improvement journey.
While many brands in the building-materials industry charge a return processing fee of up to 25%, WallWell proudly chooses not to charge any return processing fee at all.
Your peace of mind matters to us, and we believe flexibility should be part of great service.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and resellable products within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. No Return Processing Fee — Ever
Most home-improvement and specialty wall panel brands charge a return processing fee (restocking fee) of up to 25% for voluntary returns.
WallWell does not charge any return processing fee, giving you more flexibility and making your project planning easier and worry-free.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-initiated returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the issue is caused by us:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, WallWell will cover 100% of the replacement and shipping costs.
4. Leftover Material Returns (30 Days from Delivery)
If your project leaves you with extra material, we welcome returns of full, unopened cartons within 30 days of delivery.
For quality and safety reasons, we are unable to accept opened or partial packages.
5. Damages or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives with any damage or issues, please contact us at wallwellco@gmail.com
within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging or any visible damage
This helps us file carrier claims in time.
Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible, but we will always do our best to assist.
